                            Randy has been employed by James R. Griffin, Inc. since 1990 and is President of our company. He is a graduate of UCLA with a BS degree in Civil Engineering. After learning skills of the trade in the field, Randy has supervised and managed projects for UC Berkeley, UCSF, LBNL, Mills College and the high technology industry. Randy is particularly skilled with understanding and coordinating the mechanical, electrical and controls requirements of projects. Randy is also the safety officer for James R. Griffin, Inc. and is a member of the CEA industry safety committee.

David possesses gifted carpenter skills and serves as the company general superintendent. He distinguished himself in the apprentice program, becoming a journeyman two years early. David soon became a carpenter foreman and superintendent, project manager and general superintendent. David has supervised and managed the construction of some of the highest profile projects that our company has conducted and has been responsible for their success.

He has served in the capacity of carpenter, foreman and superintendent and as project manager and estimator on projects for the past fifteen years. His experience includes new construction and interior construction for the high tech industry, universities, hospitals and commercial projects. Steve is a proven leader and always maintains excellent relations with all members of the project team.

She also manages the administration of Subcontract Agreements, insurance and bonding issues. Her career in accounting spans over 19 years. Tammi supervises a staff of three and is a member of the Executive Committee.

                            ABOUT JAMES R. GRIFFIN

                            Jim Griffin took over the leadership of the Company in 1963. The Company was started by his father and grandfather and has been in continuous operation since 1913.

                            Over the years Griffin has built a strong team of supervisors and craftsmen who are skilled, efficient, hard working, and who have kept pace the dynamic changes that have taken place in the construction industry. Jim is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and has served as an officer in the U.S. Navy.
                            He has participated in several industry and community activities and has served on the Board of Directors of the Construction Employers' Association (CEA), the bargaining entity for Northern California Carpenters, the Ohlone College Foundation where he initiated the Business Leadership Council, and the Fremont Economic Development Advisory Commission (EDAC).
