PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A 22,000 sq. ft. registered historic building. We were members of a design/build team with responsibility for overall budget and schedule. The project included the removal and reconstruction of a 7,000 sq. ft. concert hall roof system for seismic rehabilitation and acoustic enhancement, as well as new fire sprinkler and audio systems and associated mechanical and electrical improvements. Project safety and scheduling presented particular challenges. We performed Construction Management services in addition to construction. Project completed during the summer recess and came in under budget.
