PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The seismic retrofit, building addition, remodeling and general renovation of a 70 year-old classic college building originally designed by Walter Ratcliffe. We were members of a Design/Build team, along with architects and the owner’s representatives, who assisted in establishing program goals, budget and schedule. The demands for early beneficial occupancy were met.
