PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A phased project including rerouting major underground services to an existing high-tech fabrication facility and the construction of a 12,000 sq. ft. service building addition. Added new boiler plant for the entire facility, emergency generator, haz-mat area, and extensive site-work modifications. Management responsibilities to accommodate program flexibility, cost and schedule.
