DESCRIPTION OF PROJECTS:
Total renovation of three apartment flats in the Templeton-Crocker Cooperative Apartments, an historic building built in 1926. Few projects are more challenging than these, requiring unusual logistical demands; sensitivity with neighbors and the bringing together of outdated building construction assemblies with modern construction techniques to achieving the highest level of quality and detailing.
